I am glad that the president is going to address everybody about the coronavirus outbreak .I just don’t know how much he can say when he’s refusing to get tested .I mean what kind of example is that for a whole nation when you’re refusing to get tested I mean I’m just saying just a thought.

Well what can I say about today ? Alot ! Today was very hard for me because I had therapy appointments and anyone that also deals with mental illness knows that is so draining. I felt as if the doctor was RUDE! Some doctors are so clinical and act as if they have to be that way . I didn’t like being brought to tears . Of Course he is putting back on my meds. I can’t keep going without sleep because of fear of Night Terrors. On top of all this I have to do another appointment tomorrow and I am dreading it .
I have been hurting alot lately and pain and me are no strangers. Here I was thinking it was normal cause I always hurt I just didn’t understand it because if I just tuch my skin it hurts so bad I just cry . So I am experiencing a Fibromyalgia sever flare up and of course that is more meds. I hate medicine yall.

Thank God for my Bestie she not only got my meds for me but she came and hung out with me for a little bit . It helps more then her or anyone would understand.
We have been est friends for 25yrs. I love that crazy girl and her babies . Actually OUR babies cause in my heart that is what they will always be.
