Cabingurl’s Therapy Session Is Done ! Thank you Jesus!
Today was a good day in therapy. I talked to my new therapist and her voice had to be the most calming and soothing voice I have ever heard. She was nothing like the doctor yesterday that was cold,clinical and RUDE! She actually listened to me and gave me feedback. She was not trying to judge me and she had emotion and feelings in her voice. THAT IS COMFORTING to people that are Mentally Ill and having to EXPOSE their terrible past.
She did say that it is best for me to have therapy weekly right now because my PTSD is so hypersensitive right now. I am fine with that as long as I don’t have to repeat what I told her anymore. I feel the more I have to talk about it to people the more I am aggravating my PTSD . It’s like waking a MONSTER that you just want to DIE. She thinks the more I talk abut it the better I will be. I told her I do talk about it ON MY BLOG.
My Blog is the way I can get these thoughts out of my head and at times Expose the past and Demons that was in it doing Wrong !

I was in the tub when the president was talking about this emergency and I have to say as I was listening to everything that he was saying I think he really is trying to help or he’s trying to figure out what to do now. I think we all just need to take all precautions that we can and we need to try to remain calm and if we can help any at anybody else out I think we should help each other out. We’re not called United States just to not be united that’s all I’m saying.

When this first happened it was last night .My best friend had just told me this happened. I was going to bring this information to y’all but it had not been on the actual news and I do not want to put fake news on my blog .I had to wait for it to be confirmed. This is ridiculous that this is how people are acting right now !There was no reason for this to take place. People think I’m wrong for staying in my cabin all the time. I would not want to be out there fighting like this .What is going on people ?We need everyone to Calm Down! Stay safe and there’s no sense in people fighting all that violence that’s ridiculous.
