Family time is everything. I hadn’t seen my son in yrs and I realized that we got lucky ! We will never let that much time to go by again with out seeing each other ! Thank you Jah for making this possible !

I want to again stress how much y’all mean to me just to even know I can share my thoughts , opinions , life experiences living with Mental Illness and disabilities.

Writing had always been my passion.Knowing that other people are listening or reading my words and seeing my pictures and my life from my eyes is a pure blessing .
