Movies that I can watch that don’t trigger me.

  • Making A Murderer – this movie just had me so upset about how the Avery Family was treated .The way they manipulated that poor boy . I know he was so confused when they interrogated. Hell….I was confused and not understanding why his mom wasn’t with him. But I do have them in my prayers and they have a Great lawyer now can’t wait for a update .#makingamurderer
  • The OJ Simpson Movie -wasn’t too impressed with this movie . I believe I may of had my hopes up too much . The movie to me seemed to be more about two people that are falling in love and less about OJ. Definitely feel this movie could of been done better.

I am kinda limited on what I watch because I do believe that television and the weather can be mood altering. I don’t really watch movies with Sex-trafficking , Domestic Violence, Child Abuse, Racism . All these things hit too close to home for me so I know not to upset the mental illness.
