Migraines are an almost everyday battle for me . They hurt so bad . At times they get so bad I have no choice but to go to the ER. I used to cry 😢 because they hurt so bad but I can always remember my oldest sister saying “don’t cry out makes it worse.” She was always right . Now I try so hard to talk my way through them or massage my temples. Sometimes a warm cloth around my neck eases it some.

It even ❄️ snowed some earlier and I didn’t even see it . I was barely awake and scared to move cause of headache. I am so glad it’s finally going away.
